Its always hard for me to get these things going but i think i'm going to start off with kung fu lessons.
last night was ace i thought, learning something different to ju jitsu, but still having some of the main elements of martial arts. I've been wanting to do a seperate style along with ju jitsu for a long time, and i think this one is awesome, it uses strikes to certain points of the body, its a different language to the usual japanese, and i get to use staffs. its a good bike ride there and back too, takes me nearly an hour to get there and same back so theres plenty of exercise for me on a wednesday.
in other news me and my babes should be going to brid again this sunday, all being well. i enjoyed it so much last time, spending some alone time with her out and about at the seaside, on the rides and the beach. it was a great chance for us to enjoy each others company doing things we both like. theres a possibility of john and vikki coming along too which would be cool too.
im getting a little concerned about job prospects for college, its not looking as if im going to be able to stay at my current placement during college, even though im gonna keep trying for that. im gonna start sending off to leectrical firms soon asking them for employment, thats going to be a bastard, i know because i've tried it before with no luck, and Emma has been doing that for these past few months. Luckily for her though one has replied back asking her for an interview (which she has already been for) so there is some sort of luck, karma, something floating about. I just hope she gets the job, it would mean a lot to her and i saw how happy she was when she got the letter for the interview :) i cant imagine what she would be like if she got it :D. well lets keep our fingers crossedand hope she does succeed. |
